Causes of Steel Wheel Losing Oil

When medium-sized car in motion, some oil are thrown out from the rear steel wheel(junction of semi-axon edge). This will cause the hazard: First oil pollutes the environment and affects the appearance of car capacity; second, effects on the braking, even braking will hurt; third, it causes economic waste and increases engine wear or lack of lubrication caused by rejection. If not removed, the steel wheels of car will have adverse consequences.
General losing oil of steel wheels is caused by the following reasons:
1. More oil or grease flow through the axle tube to the edge of half of the axon of steel wheel, and leak along the sealing pad of paper at the outward.
2. The oil seal of steel wheel's axle is damage, and seal failure resulting in leakage.
3. Take a round or cylindrical bearings, the friction heat generated by thinning the grease, causing the steel wheel losing the oil.
4. The block of rear steel wheel will cause the increasing of gear temperature and oil pressure, even lead to oil leakage.
5. The joints precision between Axle and steel wheel flange face is not high, gaskets damaged, causing oil spills.
6. Steel wheel bearings are adjusted too tight or braking frequently under moving, sudden rise in temperature, melting grease thrown at by the axle pad.
7. Front bearing cap of steel wheel and rear axle hub bolts are loosening and broken. This will cause the oil loss.
